If you are reporting an EMERGENCY maintenance situation, please call the leasing office at 972-315-1580 and follow the prompts to report your emergency immediately via telephone so that we may page an on call technician.
The situations listed below would be considered an EMERGENCY:
Fire, Flood, Overflowing Toilet (or any water problem that causes severe property damage), No Hot Water or no Water at all, Locked out of apartment (lockout fee may apply), Stopped up toilet (If apartment only has 1 toilet), Electrical or Gas failure of any nature, Malfunction of an essential appliance (for example: refrigerator, heater or air conditioner), Police action (if emergency- not noise disturbances).
